Red "drinkable", produced from a blend composed mainly of Sangiovese grapes from the Hills of Todi which are joined by Merlot and other red grapes.
At the time of delivery, the grapes are crushed and destemmed and then conveyed into special thermoconditioned fermentation tanks where the alcoholic fermentation is triggered; The crushed remains in contact with the skins for 8/12 days. The new wine, after a first racking, is placed in steel tanks where it will be left to age for about 4 months.
After a rest of about 3 months in the bottle, the wine is ready to be enjoyed and appreciated.
It looks like a fairly soft red, fresh fruity and round in the mouth.
